This mobility program is NOT just stretching.
Mobility is the ability to be flexible, stable, AND strong through a maximal range of motion.

This program is structured around helping you improve your range of motion in every portion of your body to improve your everyday life. Mobility is something EVERYBODY can benefit from regardless of if you participate in Large Group Training, Barbell Club, or Personal Training here at IMPACT.

When: Thursdays at 6:45PM
