Summer Session-1 Program Dates: Week of 5/6/24 to 6/26/24

*Not Meeting Memorial Monday, May 27. Can make up in Open Gym or on Tuesday*


-2 Days a Week for 8-Weeks


- Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:30 to 7:30 PM


Cost: 

- Option to pay 8-Week Program for $45 a week, or in full ($360). 


- Limited to only 10 people.



Program Description:

Barbell Club focuses solely on barbell oriented strength training in a smaller group environment than our regular Large Group Training classes.


This twice a week, specialty 8-week coaching program is ALL ABOUT the BARBELL.


Structured around the 3 primary Powerlifting movements (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift), this program will:

Improve Overall Strength


Strength Training Lifting Technique


Enhance Lean Muscle Composition


Coaching Led


Individualized Workout Programming Sheets
