Mobility Class on Tuesdays (6:45PM)




Program Description: 


This mobility program is NOT just stretching.


Mobility is the ability to be flexible, stable, AND strong through a maximal range of motion. 



This program is structured around helping you improve your range of motion in every portion of your body to improve your everyday life. Mobility is something EVERYBODY can benefit from regardless of if you participate in Large Group Training, Barbell Club, or Personal Training here at IMPACT.

REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR 10-WEEK WINTER SESSION



When: Once a Week on Tuesdays at 6:45PM, Thursdays at 6:45PM, or Sundays at 9:00, or 10:00AM


Length: 45 minutes


Class Size: 12 People MAX (No exceptions)


Start Date: Jan. 20 to March 29


Price: One time payment of $175 for all 10-weeks
