7-Week Fall Session-2 Program Days & Times: Week of 10/28/24 to 12/19/24 (NOT MEETING WEEK OF THANKSGIVING 11/25/24)
-2 Days a Week for 7-Weeks
Mondays and Wednesdays: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:30AM, 12:00PM, 5:30PM
Cost:
- Option to pay 7-Week Program for $45 a week, or in full ($315).
- Limited to only 10 people.
Program Description:
Barbell Club focuses solely on barbell oriented strength training in a smaller group environment than our regular Large Group Training classes.
This twice a week, specialty 7-week coaching program is ALL ABOUT the BARBELL.
Structured around the 3 primary Powerlifting movements (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift), this program will:
Improve Overall Strength
Strength Training Lifting Technique
Enhances Lean Muscle Composition
Coaching Led
Individualized Workout Programming Sheets
